As the application portal opens further details of the Road Transporters Support Scheme (RTSS) have been announced by Minister for Transport Darragh O’Brien TD, Minister of State at the Department of Transport with responsibility for International and Road Transport, Logistics, Rail and Ports Sean Canney, and Minister of State with responsibility for Rural Transport Jerry Buttimer.

The Scheme is administered by the Department of Transport, and the application form is available on the Department’s website.

Applications can be submitted until midday Friday 12 June 2026.
