Truck & Bus Inspection Week draws to a close across Europe on Sunday 15th February folloowing week-long roadside checks across the Continent.

Police and enforcement agencies carried out targeted roadside checks on HGVs and coaches, focusing on: drivers’ hours and rest times, tachograph compliance, driver and vehicle documentation, load securing as well asvehicle weights and technical condition.

The roadside checks were part of regular pan-European enforcement campaigns, co-ordinated by ROADPOL, enforcing rules that already apply across Europe.
