New Customs and Border Control Complex at Rosslare Europort

Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation, Jack Chambers, together with Minister of State for the Office of Public Works, Kevin ‘Boxer’ Moran has officially opened

the new Customs and Border Control Complex (Terminal 7) at Rosslare Europort, Co. Wexford.

Delivered by the Office of Public Works (OPW), this €230 million state-of-the-art facility represents one of the largest capital infrastructure projects of its kind in Ireland — completed on time and within budget.

The complex will support post-Brexit checks on goods from outside the EU, enhance driver welfare, and streamline passenger and freight movement. It also plays a vital role in safeguarding Ireland’s continued access to the EU single market.
