The International Road Transport Union (IRU) has welcomed the joint vote by the European Parliament’s Committee on Environment, Public Health and Food Safety (ENVI) and Committee on Transport and Tourism (TRAN) to initiate negotiations on the CountEmissionsEU proposal.
