The Road Haulage Association (RHA) in the UK is calling on government to follow Ireland’s lead and introduce a fuel support package for hauliers.
To give to voice to its calls the RHA has launched a new survey, Fuel Survey 4, to gather the latest evidence from operators and keep pressure on government to act.
The RHA’s call to government is clear:
– an immediate Essential User Rebate
– no increase in fuel duty in September
– no link between fuel duty and inflation from April 2027
– fair payment terms to support cashflow across the sector
This survey is quick to complete, and the RHA says it wioll strengthen its case and ensure that hauliers’ voices are heard at the highest level.
If you are a haulier in Northern Ireland or the UK you can fill out the survey on the following link
Please complete the survey before midnight on Sunday: https://lnkd.in/eQVxUyny
