Man dies in fall from truck

Gardaí have launched an investigation into a fatal workplace accident in Co. Clare.

A man in his 20s was killed during the incident in Spanish Point on Monday, August 31.

It is understood the father of two suffered fatal injuries after a fall from an articulated lorry. The Health and Safety Authority is also expected to launch an inquiry.
